Goods once supplied are not returnable, nor are they exchangeable.
Post-order acceptance, orders cannot be canceled; however, if any product is not available and payments have been made online, we will process the refund of the partial amount if the total order value of existing items is more than Rs. 500/- (in case your order value goes below Rs. 450/- due to product nonavailability, your order will get auto-canceled and a full refund will be issued to you).
Refunds from our end will be processed within 5 working days. Further, as per the payment gateway policy, a full or partial return for an online payment is usually reflected in your account within 7 working days.
Goods will be delivered upon feasibility & permission from all concerned local authorities.
